If you’re taking the rush hour MBTA Commuter Rail train through Salem (and some of the other stops on the Newburyport/Rockport line) transpARTation lets you ride through waves of art or hop off the train and enjoy live music and take part in some interactive artmaking right on the platform.
transpARTation is one piece of an initiative created by the Downtown Lynn Cultural District, Swampscott’s ReachArts, and Salem’s Public Art Commission—be sure to check ArtWeekMA.org for the details on the other commuter rail stops! Learn more here.
