Destination Salem is conducting a brief survey to learn more about how our guests planned and spent their time in Salem in 2018! If you visited Salem this year we welcome your feedback in the survey below that should only take approximately 5 minutes.

Giveaway Rules & Fine Print
This giveaway is being administered by the Salem Office of Tourism & Cultural Affairs, DBA Destination Salem. Duplicate entries are not permitted and will be deleted. Entrants can win the sweepstakes only once. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Entrants must be a resident of the United States. One winner will be chosen at random and notified via email on Friday, November 30, 2018. Winners have 48 hours to respond to the email and claim their prize by providing a mailing address. Destination Salem will pay first class postage to ship the poster to the winners. Entrants give Destination Salem permission to add their email to the Destination Salem communications and marketing database. Destination Salem employees, directors, and advertisers are not permitted to enter this giveaway.
