Make Your Own Straw Doll at the Salem Witch Museum

July 31 @ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

In partnership with local shop and creative space The Witchery, the Salem Witch Museum is excited to host a fun-filled day packed with crafts and history!

On Wednesday, July 31, stop by the booth in our front plaza between the hours of 12-4, where staff will be discussing the history of folk magic while creating straw dolls filled with dried herbs. Have you ever wondered why horseshoes are supposed to bring good luck? Or why people carry lucky charms? Folk magic has a long history and remains a part of our society today. Join us for a fun craft and some interesting history, and walk away with a beautiful little straw doll!

This event is free and open to visitors of all ages!
