The City of Salem and the Salem Preservation Partners are collaborating with the Newport Restoration Foundation to host a conference in Salem called, Preservation in a Changing Climate.” This annual conference will raise awareness of and discuss adaptation strategies to address climate change impacts on historic buildings, landscapes and neighborhoods.  The conference will include an evening lecture on Monday, September 13 and workshops and walking tours on Tuesday, September 14.
