Join us for a night of sake-inspired pizza plus some delicious sake from New England’s only sake brewery & taproom.
We’ll be making our pizza dough with kasu for the event, and our pizza special for the night will be a Japanese favorite, Mayo Jaga. Ingredients: kasu pizza dough, Saucer red sauce base, Saucer cheese blend, corn, potatoes, onion, prosciutto, scallion & a Japanese mayo swirl.
Farthest Star Sake will be here sampling their filtered sake, In a Strange Land, and we’ll also have bottles of their unfiltered sake, Mountains on the Moon, for purchase (dine-in OR to-go).
