In my previous Shadow Work class we explored tools to descend into our own Darkness. Shadow work 2 will pick up where we left off as we grow our roots deeper by asking not only why we are the way we are but by asking what it is we must do to overcome the obstacles within us. This class is a great follow up to the first but if you missed the first don’t Fret! Anyone who has plunged deep into their Shadow and finds themselves looking for a torch to light the way is encouraged to join us.
