In this class, we delve into the six styles of cheese and discuss what makes each one unique, helping you better understand your favorite cheeses! We’ll talk a little history, a little science, and most importantly, we’ll be eating a LOT of cheese.
To register, purchase your tasting kit by Sunday, March 16th! Each tasting kit serves 1-2 people and contains 5 cheeses, 1 box crackers and a tasting menu, and an optional Wine Pairing Kit. Zoom links will be sent out via email the day of the class.
