Women & Witchcraft

March 24 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Help commemorate Women’s History Day in Salem with a visit to the Salem Witch Museum to meet two very special women from 1692. In addition to our main presentations, stop in and meet Alice Parker and Ann Pudeator, two independent and outspoken women both ultimately executed for the crime of witchcraft. Our costumed reenactors will be walking throughout the museum, answering questions, discussing the latest events of March 1692, and interacting with our visitors.

Our presentations are offered at our standard admission prices, but interacting with these Puritan women is free and a great way to get involved with Women’s History Day. Join us for an engaging day of women’s history as we dive into the reality of women’s lives, struggles, and the witchcraft accusations brought against women in 1692.
