Felted Witch Hats

We’ll covers both 2D and 3D felting techniques, so design options are endless: add spots to look like a mushroom, adorn with colorful woollen leaves or flower petals, give your hat a face, add gradients, or even extend the point of your hat into a curl — whatever time allows!
