The St. Patrick’s Day menu at Turner’s Seafood features a corned beef and cabbage dinner plus an array of specialty cocktails. For dinner, Turner’s is serving traditional red corned beef and cabbage with colcannon and steamed dill carrots, and a seafood pot pie with whitefish, salmon, shrimp, and scallops in a creamed fish stock with carrots and peas baked with a pastry crust.
Drink specials at Turner’s include:
- Luck of the Irish Martini – Bailey’s, vodka, Crème de menthe, ice cream, and milk topped with whipped cream and shaved chocolate)
- Pot O’ Gold – Jameson Irish Whiskey, Peach Schnapps, orange bitters, and ginger ale with an orange twist
- Taste the Rainbow – Vodka, Blue Curacao, sour, and ginger beer with a rainbow strip
- St. Patty’s Mimosa – Prosecco, orange juice, and Blue Curacao
Rockafellas recently underwent an extensive renovation, but they are opening in time to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day! Stop by to check out their newly redesigned space and enjoy Guinness Beef Stew, Shepherd’s Pie, and traditional corned beef.
Salem’s Retreat is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with corned beef and cabbage on special! Corned beef and cabbage will be available along with the restaurant’s full menu for dine-in, takeout, and delivery until 2:30 PM on March 17.
Tavern in the Hawthorne Hotel
St. Patrick’s Day specials run March 16-20 at the Hawthorne Hotel! Dine-in for lunch or dinner in the Tavern and try their Guinness Lamb Stew, with braised lamb, rosemary, and thyme, or a traditional corned beef and cabbage dinner with grey corned beef, tender root vegetables, cabbage, red bliss potatoes, and Nana’s homemade soda bread.
For appetizers, the hotel is serving colcannon tots, made with buttermilk mashed potatoes, cheddar-jack cheese, and spinach, all fried and served with a side of housemade ranch. And for dessert, don’t miss the Bailey’s cheesecake- Irish cream liqueur-infused cheesecake with a chocolate cookie crust, chocolate mousse and dash of cocoa.
Visiting Salem before or after the holiday? Village Tavern’s St. Patrick’s Day specials run through Sunday, March 20. Centrally located on the Essex Street Pedestrian Mall, Village Tavern is serving up corned beef and cabbage with all the trimmings, Irish soda bread with sweet butter, and Irish nachos with homemade chips.
