This year we are having so many great tours and events to learn and embrace the incredible history of the holidays in Salem. Sit by the fire in the Daniel’s House, built in 1667, and listen to stories about early Salem, Winter traditions, and the festive season during their Christmas Fireside Tales. Historic Salem is also offering their 42nd annual “Christmas in Salem” tour that features beautiful Salem cottages and the grand homes of Hathorne and Broad street decorated in their finest for the holidays. If you’re looking for something more kid-focused, Join The Good Witch of Salem on a quest to find the Gingerbread Man aboard the Holiday Trolley! Enjoy storytime and a lesson on how gingerbread men are made and after hop on a trolley to find the gingerbread man with music, instruments, dancing, and special surprises along the way.
